I created this guide based on my experience and how I trained and prepped for my races.
The program will require you to run 3x's per week for 12 weeks starting with a 15-minute jog and finishing on your race day with the 13.1 miles.
I also added a page with my biggest running tips and everything I wish I had known when starting my running journey.
